Tuesday September 21, 2010: Breath work and Centering Meditation Workshop with Samantha Rossi 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The focus of this workshop is the importance of breathwork during meditation and how to center your attention on your body and how it works through meditation. All are welcome. Please dress comfortably. This class is complementary. Class will take place in the Fertility Center waiting area
Thursday September 23, 2010: Fertile Secret Workshop 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Meet our practitioners in the CNY Fertility waiting area. CNY Fertility and Healing Arts provide well-rounded care for the fertility journey. Come join members of the CNY Healing Arts team for an informative meeting on our Fertile Secret services; maya abdominal massage, acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, and reiki. Practitioners will be available to answer specific questions. Delicious treats from the new Fertility Foods Cookbook will be provided.
Thursday September 30, 2010: Girls Night out 5:30-9:00 pm.

CNY will be providing chair massage and information to the community to Parsons Wellness Staff Development Day. This event takes place from 12:00-4:00pm.
Sunday September 19, 2010:
CNY will be providing chair massage and a yoga demonstration to the community at the Sportsplex of Halfmoon on a Baby Event. Come to a one day event to help get ready for the baby, check out baby products, try strollers, shop local merchants, learn something new at a seminar, and ask questions. This event takes place from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
