FALL GLOW - EASY SOLUTIONS FOR HEALTHY SKIN

As the leaves change colors, the crisp, cool mornings of fall are turning colder. You may enjoy being outdoors in this weather, but it may be tough on your skin. When humidity dips, moisture from the skin passes into the surrounding air, leaving skin dry or dehydrated. To replenish, start by drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day.

To help keep your skin soft and smooth, use moisturizers and body lotions on freshly exfoliated skin. Exfoliated skin attracts and retains water best. One of our most favorite products is LaBelle Hydrating Complex with hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. It is great for every skin type.

Choosing the right cleansers is critical as well. You may need to switch to a milkier cleanser during the cold months. It is also wise to cut back on long, hot showers that can rob the skin of moisture.

And just because summer is over doesn’t mean that you don’t need sun protection. Make it a habit to use SPF every day, rain or shine. Many makeups (including our mineral line) and lotions contain sunscreens.
